Description: We are seeking a skilled Video Production Specialist to handle all aspects of video production, from filming to editing. You will play a key role in bringing our client’s stories to life by handling every step of the production process. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in capturing footage, editing, and delivering high-quality content on time. You will work closely with the CEO/founder and clients to ensure the vision is executed from concept to final product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire video production process, including filming, editing, and post-production.

• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.

• Edit video content to create engaging, polished final products for clients.

• Over-communicate between the team to make sure all expectations are exceeded.

• Work closely with clients to ensure their vision is translated into the final video.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines for delivery.

• Ensure that all videos meet Tremellen Media House’s high standards for quality and creativity.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest video production techniques, trends, and technology.

• Travel to/from shoot locations (Up to 5 hours).

• As Tremellen Media House continues to grow, we aim to provide career advancement opportunities, including leadership roles within the production team and the potential for greater creative control.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in video production or related fields.

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and sound design.

• Experience managing production schedules and teams.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple projects.

• Self-starter who takes urgent initiative and can work independently.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay based on experience.

Availability:

• Starting at 20 hours, with the opportunity for full-time.

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

• The schedule may adapt to production schedules.
  

Location: Lancaster, PA with flexible/hybrid working options available.

We value a fast-paced; collaborative work environment. While some work can be completed remotely, we prefer to work together as a team consistently.

Travel: Most of our productions take place within a 2-hour drive of Lancaster, with some requiring more travel. All post-production will be local to Lancaster.
